Cave & Co are installers of Firestone Building Products Single Ply Flat Roof (EPDM); from very small jobs to work the size of a football pitch. Single Ply EPDM is a proven product for nearly all applications. It is UV resistant so requires no stones or solar reflective coating. There is no heat required in the application of EPDM and so no risk of fire.

Whether you want a kit to re-roof a small garden shed or a bigger project, we can supply any size of EPDM, with deliveries normally the next day if you order before 10am. We are always here to offer advice or if you prefer we can install as well.

Single Ply (EPDM) is Ethylene, Propylene Diene Monomer and only comes in one colour (the same colour as an inner tube). We do carry a number of different colour trims (gutter trims etc) as unfortunately accidents can happen from time to time and you may be calling as you require a repair to your EPDM roof. Patch repair is nearly always an option for punctured membranes.

Single Ply can be used as an alternative to lead in some circumstances (subject to building control); especially if you've had the lead stolen from your building in the past as it is a great budget replacement. Single Ply also has the advantage of being able to be laid in a continuous length with no steps - unlike lead
